This company was incorporated in April of 1906. The property was near the Mountain View mine, northeast of the town of Bisbee. A Davis horse whim was installed for hoisting in September 1907. After 1907 the property was quiet until July 1909 when it was transferred along with the properties of the Eureka Company to the Bisbee Coalition Company.
